"As an upright player, I was never able to feel totally comfortable with a fretless bass guitar. The change in scale length made it too difficult to adjust...but with the Cross-Over, I have no prblem with the scale length because I am able to play the instrument in an upright position. My hands are much more familiar with playing in that position. This bass is ideal for...exploring the upright
